Modular High Rise
This research-based agenda involves investigation of CBD development controls and its impact on building form and urban character. By understanding the parameters of the governing regulations for a particular site, an architect has the opportunity to control projects instead of being controlled by them. This research aims to show how the limitations instilled by planning regulations can be used to generate innovative design solutions.

Milk Crates as Public Architecture
Unknowingly, one can suggest that accidental public spaces work far better and have a greater advantage over public spaces in which are planned. Could this be the beginning of a new design thought, revolutionising the planning process for better accidental public space? Or perhaps will continue to stand by what is known and rely on the city’s evolution of necessity? Is it possible to plan a successful accidental public space?
